What is the SIGEP Asia Hosted Buyer Programme?
The Hosted Buyer Programme is an exclusive initiative designed for senior procurement and purchasing decision-makers in the F&B, foodservice, hospitality, and retail sectors across Asia Pacific and beyond.
As an official agent for IEG Asia, Tulip Marketing BV (EuropeHub) manages the Hosted Buyer Programme for South Asian markets, particularly India. We handle the entire application, qualification, and logistics process on your behalf.
Approved buyers receive complimentary hotel accommodation (3 nights), pre-scheduled B2B meetings with exhibitors matching their sourcing profile, and full concierge support throughout the event.

Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to qualified buyers who meet the following criteria:
Active buyer or importer in the F&B, foodservice, hospitality, or retail sector
Decision-making authority (purchasing, procurement, or ownership level)
Minimum annual purchasing volume of USD 100,000
Genuine intent to source at the event — not a competitor or exhibitor
Commitment to attend all scheduled B2B meetings during the event
